Newsletter — data and purpose

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we store only your e-mail address and preferred language. No other data (name, IP address, tracker) is collected for this purpose.

Purpose: to let you know about new content (new articles, weekly tactics, upcoming events).

Legal basis: your explicit consent, collected via an unchecked checkbox and then confirmed through a link sent to your address (double opt-in). Until you click that link, no other e-mail is sent to you.

Contact form

The information you enter in the contact form (name, e-mail, level, message) is used only to handle your request. It is never sold or used for advertising.

Retention

Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. When you unsubscribe, your address is permanently deleted from the list.

Contact requests: kept for as long as needed to follow up on your request.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and object, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

For the newsletter, withdrawal is immediate: every e-mail contains a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also write to alexandre@iwanesko.ch.

Hosting and processors

The site and the subscriber database are hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak, which also handles e-mail delivery. No data is shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
